Kim Hilling
Master Roaster
Kim is a Juniata College graduate who returned to Huntingdon to pursue her career in coaching, but shortly found her love for coffee and the art of specialty coffee roasting. She coached field hockey at Juniata College for five years, while also working as a Manager and Roaster for SSCC. She began roasting in May 2010 and has since grown the wholesale business to over 60 clients.
In her free time Kim likes to spend time outside with her family and friends enjoying all that Central PA has to offer. She resides in Huntingdon with her husband, Justin on their small hobby farm with their daughter, Willa, their son, Thayer, and their pack of animals including two dogs, a cat, two horses, a donkey, chickens, guineas and ducks.
