This unique experience is designed to take
a deep dive into our taste system.

Why do we like or not like what we do? Why
are we attracted to some things and repelled by
others? How can some people taste certain
things but I am getting something different?

In this class we use coffee (and some other
fun tools) to study our taste systems, as well
as gain a deeper appreciation for why
coffee is considered the most complex food
on the planet.
