Ethiopian is known as the original source of coffee (Kaffa). It was first discovered between 600AD and 800AD.

Most of the coffee grown in Ethiopia still comes from the original heirloom varietal.

The Sidamo region is known for vibrant, fruity coffees. Both of the Sidamos we currently carry among our staff's favorites.
